A range of accommodation options at various prices are available in varying proximity to the conference venues (from $20/ night in a dormitory room at a youth hostel to $80-100$/night in a single room at a guest house/hotel).
Reservations are made DIRECTLY at the hotel by downloading a reservation form below and sending it to the requested hotel/hostel.
Be sure to secure your accommodation well in advance as there are limited vacancies in the area. Furthermore, availability of a preferred hotel cannot be guaranteed.
When reserving your accommodation, remember to clearly indicate that you are a participant at the DDD conference, to enjoy the special rates. Time limitations apply to this offer.
Please note that your accommodation is only secured when you receive a CONFIRMATION number from the hotel/hostel.

Located within walking distance of the conference venues, in Midreshet Ben Gurion. The Field School operates two buildings which together contain 47 rooms, according to Youth Hostel standards (each room has its own bathroom and shower). Each building contains a clubroom and classrooms, enabling lectures for groups up to 50 people.

A comfortable country lodge located in Kibbutz Mashabei-Sade, about 20 minutes drive from the conference venues (Transportation to/from the hotel will be available to participants). It contains 77 fully furnished air-conditioned high-quality guest rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and shower, and comes with a television, a refrigerator, and a coffee corner.

General Notes on accommodation:

• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 9 am. There will be storage facilities on campus during the conference to guard your luggage if necessary.
• If you are an invited lecturer, please refrain from making your own hotel booking, as this will result in double booking.
• Pre-registration will take place in your hotel lobby on Sunday (November 7, 2010) evening from 8-10 pm. We encourage you to pre-register as this will help to make registration on Sunday morning faster and more efficient. Registration will continue on the next morning begins at 8:00 am at the Evans Auditorium on the campus.
• A conference representative will provide you with a key to your room, upon your arrival. If you will be arriving at unusual hours, please make sure you coordinate your arrival with the conference organizers.
